It’s difficult to find attendees of events after the fact, so just interview them while they’re there.

Intercepts are great for understanding your company’s event sponsorship awareness & effectiveness, observing consumer behavior and interaction at your display or booth, and learning likes/dislikes about your product or display.

 

Execution

We deploy an experienced and professional staff of interviewers to any approved location in the world. Depending on event specifics and objectives, interviews are either administered via paper & pencil with data entry at the end of each day, or using a tablet with our custom programmed survey (no WiFi needed).

Analysis

Because surveys are short (typically 5 minutes or less), analysis can be prepared and presented in days, not weeks. Daily results are provided for monitoring and allows for potential survey adjustments based on respondent feedback.
